Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- Mike write text for contract to complete IBISCHK message help.
  - In progress.


DLL Checking:
- Mike the only remaining issue is that ibischk tries to load DLLs that are
  known to be for the wrong platform.

AR: Mike work with developer to finalize IBISCHK 6.1.3 changes for BUG 179

BUG 182:
- Bob: This was not classified in the Open Forum meeting.
  - The idea of directory paths needs to be discussed.
  - We might disallow it for now.
- Mike: This should be discussed in ATM.
